This program manager leads online-course quality, accessibility, academic-integrity, compliance, and continuous-improvement work. The role manages quality frameworks across the course lifecycle and coordinates instructional designers, technology staff, media staff, and faculty to improve accessible online learning.
A bachelor's degree with six years of instructional-technology experience, or a master's degree with four years, is required. Candidates also need strong communication, instructional-design and online-pedagogy knowledge, project management ability, and experience with learning-management systems in higher education or K-12 environments.
A relevant master's degree, course-development experience, Blackboard, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate, accessibility standards, data analysis, and Quality Matters reviewer training are preferred.
