STEPS Accessibility Compliance Associate

This project-focused role supports Cooperative Extension's efforts to bring websites, digital documents, and communication materials into full digital accessibility compliance under ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The associate will work closely with the Cooperative Extension Marketing Director and the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment Agricultural Communications Department.

• Help bring Extension websites, digital documents, and communication materials into alignment with ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Work closely with the Cooperative Extension Marketing Director and the Agricultural Communications Department to achieve and maintain accessibility compliance

• Strong technical knowledge of Drupal 9
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Hands-on experience with accessibility evaluation and remediation
