Reporting to the Manager, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and Anti-Racism (AR), the Advisor will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Vancouver Coastal Health’s EDI, Accessibility, and AR priority actions to deliver on our organizational commitment for a diverse workforce reflective of the communities we serve, and sustaining a workplace culture that is anti-racist, access
ible, and inclusive. As a change agent, the Advisor plays the roles of a catalyst, advisor, collaborator and educator, working with all VCH departments, services and programs to develop partnerships, build organizational capacity and cultural competency in support of systemic change. The Advisor will bring demonstrated experience in program creation, implementation and evaluation in areas i
ncluding accessibility, anti-racism, decolonization, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
