Senior Software Test Analyst

This is a Senior Software Test Analyst role requiring 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, with a strong emphasis on accessibility (ADA compliance) testing alongside functional, performance, and regression testing. The role also requires onsite presence in Lansing two days per week.

• Test planning, test strategy development, and test reporting
• Functional, UAT, SIT, Accessibility, Performance, and Regression Testing
• ADA Compliance Testing using tools such as AccVerify and JAWS
• API Testing using Postman and REST Client
• Managing user stories, bug tracking, and test cases in Azure DevOps
• Test automation and coding using Java with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Working with SQL & PL/SQL
• Working onsite in Lansing 2 days per week

• 5+ years of Manual & Automation Testing experience
• Experience with Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Reporting
• Experience with Functional, UAT, SIT, Accessibility, Performance, and Regression Testing
• ADA Compliance Testing experience (AccVerify, JAWS, etc.)
• API Testing experience (Postman, REST Client)
• Azure DevOps experience (User Stories, Bug Tracking, Test Cases)
• Java programming skills
• Automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• SQL & PL/SQL experience
• Ability to work onsite in Lansing 2 days per week
