Senior IT Accessibility Specialist (Application Developer I)

This role sits within Rutgers' Office of Information Technology, reporting to the Associate Director, IT Accessibility. The Senior IT Accessibility Specialist works to ensure university technology meets accessibility standards, reviews technology contracts for legal and policy compliance, and supports schools, colleges, and departments in selecting and using assistive technologies.

• Ensure information technology meets accessibility standards
• Ensure technology contracts are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and University policies
• Provide training and outreach on IT accessibility
• Work with IT staff across schools, colleges, and departments on the selection and use of assistive technologies
