Senior Front End Engineer, Shopping Foundations

This role sits within AmazonUI (AUI), the team that builds and maintains the library of front-end components, build tools, templating engine, and runtime libraries used by thousands of Amazon engineers. The Senior Front End Engineer will lead modernization of Amazon's front-end developer experience, focusing on the components and systems that power Amazon's global shopping experience.

• Lead design and development of scalable, reusable UI components for Amazon's global shopping experience
• Architect performant, accessible, and modular front-end systems used across worldwide platforms
• Drive adoption of modern front-end technologies, standards, and best practices
• Integrate GenAI into development workflows
• Establish QA frameworks, performance monitoring, and accessibility standards for reliable releases
