About the role

This is an accessibility-focused testing role in a banking context, centered on hands-on UAT functional testing and core web/mobile accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1/2.2), including practical screen reader testing.

Requirements

UAT (User Acceptance Testing) functional testing experience
Banking industry experience
Strong communication skills
WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 mastery
Hands-on experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA)
Experience with AIRA and semantic HTML
Mobile accessibility compliance awareness

Nice to have

OLBB (online banking) knowledge
Point of sale system knowledge
For one onshore resource: bilingual in English and French with testing knowledge
