Senior Accessibility QA

As a Senior Accessibility QA, you will lead accessibility testing initiatives for web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and ADA standards. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate accessibility best practices throughout the development cycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables that enhance user experiences.

• Lead accessibility testing initiatives on web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG and ADA standards.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java and relevant tools to enhance testing efficiency.

• Collaborate with developers and product designers to integrate accessibility best practices throughout the development process.

• Conduct in-depth reviews of user interfaces and design specifications to identify and mitigate accessibility barriers.

• Mentor junior QA team members on accessibility standards and testing methodologies.

• Advocate for accessibility by conducting training sessions and workshops for stakeholders and team members.

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to accessibility and automation.

• Senior-level experience in accessibility testing
• Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines and ADA standards
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Java preferred)
• Experience testing web and mobile applications for accessibility
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers)
• Experience reviewing UI/UX designs for accessibility barriers
• Mentoring and training experience
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and industry trends
