Salesforce Quality Assurance I

Agility Technologies is hiring a Salesforce quality-assurance professional to validate FedRAMP controls, Section 508 accessibility, and AI or Agentforce output integrity. The role combines detailed manual and automated test execution with defect management, compliance reporting, regression testing, and collaboration across federal-cloud delivery teams.

• Create and maintain test plans and cases from requirements and user stories.
• Execute manual, automated, regression, performance, security, and Section 508 tests.
• Record defects, verify fixes, and report QA metrics and results.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, managers, and stakeholders on compliant designs.

The posting requires five or more years of QA experience, including at least three years with Salesforce Government Cloud. Candidates need Salesforce platform knowledge, Agile and QA methodology experience, test automation, Jira or similar defect tracking, enterprise testing tools, U.S. citizenship with Public Trust eligibility, Salesforce Administrator certification, and ISTQB Foundation certification.
