Processing Technician

This role supports the Plastic Injection Molding Department at Harco Fittings' Lynchburg, Virginia facility, a manufacturer of gasketed joint injection-molded PVC and ductile fittings and part of the IPEX family.

• Apply scientific molding or systematic troubleshooting techniques to optimize cycle times, minimize defects, and support mold trials
• Assist with mold changes, color changes, and material changes as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies
