Lead User Experience Designer

This Lead UX Designer role sits on Blackhawk Network's Global Design team, driving user experience strategy across a diverse product portfolio spanning consumer-facing commerce platforms, B2B incentive solutions, and enterprise wallet products. The designer will lead multiple concurrent initiatives, conduct hands-on user research, and partner closely with product and engineering leadership to shape UX direction across cross-functional teams.

• Lead end-to-end UX design for 2-3 concurrent product initiatives
• Conduct and synthesize primary user research
• Partner directly with product management and engineering leadership
