INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I

This role acts as a Web and Policy Analyst (WPA) for the California Department of Insurance's Internet and Intranet sites, focusing on content management, ADA-compliant web page creation, and supporting web users through collaboration with business partners, team members, and web application developers.

• Act as Web and Policy Analyst (WPA) for CDI's Internet and Intranet sites
• Train users on best practices in creating content
• Work with customers on creating ADA-compliant web pages
• Regularly interact with business partners, team members, and web application developers to provide a quality experience for the department's web users

• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Experience training users on content creation best practices
• Experience working with customers on creating ADA-compliant web pages
