INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER I

This role serves as Manager of the Web Development Office within the Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB) at the California Energy Commission, reporting to the IT Manager II. The position leads planning and direction of current and future web development, providing project leadership on complex web IT systems and solutions, and overseeing accessibility compliance initiatives.

• Plan and direct current and future web development efforts
• Provide project leadership for identifying, developing, and implementing complex web information technology systems and solutions
• Provide direction and leadership for specialized technical specialists supporting web development and accessibility compliance initiatives
• Set digital communication objectives and contribute to advancing web technology
• Ensure CEC digital systems and solutions meet web security standards and accessibility guidelines

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
