This role centers on leading the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions built on the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform for insurance companies. The Technical Lead customizes the platform, integrates it with other systems, configures workflows, troubleshoots issues, and works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver software supporting policy administration, billing, and claims processing.
