eLearning Implementation Specialist

This is a technical eLearning implementation role (remote, full-time with part-time option) at Catharsis Productions, an organization that has worked for over 25 years to build safe, respectful communities by challenging oppressive attitudes and driving cultural change through accessible programs. The role is explicitly not a help desk position - it centers on configuring complex, multi-variable eLearning program deployments from scratch, where each client setup is unique, and requires strong technical problem-solving and client relationship management primarily via written communication.

• Configure and deploy approximately 100 unique eLearning program setups annually
• Build and edit programs using Articulate Storyline; publish files for internal LMS and create SCORM packages
• Conduct quality assurance and accessibility testing on all program content and functionality
• Oversee automated reporting systems and email workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to program setup, integration failures, and system configurations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships primarily through email communication
• Enter and verify data accurately in Salesforce CRM
