About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Accessibility Tester who will ensure that our web and mobile applications meet international accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users. This role requires hands-on exper

ience with accessibility tools, assistive technologies, and a thorough understanding of WCAG guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Perform accessibility testing of web and mobile applications as per WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, and ADA standards. * Use accessibility tools such as AXE, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, and Accessibility Insights to identify and analyze issues. * Prepare accessibility test cases, document defects, and collaborate with developers and UX teams for remediation. * Conduct detailed accessibility audits and prepare compliance reports. * Advocate for accessibility best practices across teams and contribute to continuous process improvement. Requirements: * 2–6 years of experience in software testing, including at least 1 year in Accessibility Testing. * Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA roles, and semantic HTML/CSS. * Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack). * Familiarity with automated accessibility tools such as Deque AXE, Pa11y, and Accessibility Insights. * Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * IAAP Certification (CPACC / CPWA / WAS) – _Preferred and highly valued._ * Prior experience in accessibility testing within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. * Experience in automated accessibility testing frameworks and browser developer tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
