Digital Publishing QA/QC Lead

This is a 12-month engagement based in New York, NY (10010), requiring 3 days onsite per week. The Digital Publishing QA/QC Lead will serve as the primary quality resource for the Digital Publishing team, performing hands-on quality control and assurance across a range of digital deliverables.

• Serve as the lead QA/QC resource for the Digital Publishing team
• Perform hands-on QA/QC for digital deliverables including AEM content, Hearsay content, Adobe Target, forms, social posts, emails, and landing pages
• Conduct accessibility (ADA) testing
• Conduct browser and device testing
• Create and manage QA documentation
