About the role

This role trains agency teams, testers, developers, and content owners on accessibility remediation, standards, and platform usage.

Key responsibilities

Deliver foundational and advanced training on WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and ADA accessibility standards
Lead remediation walkthroughs using real accessibility defect examples and tools like Axe and WAVE
Design learning paths and self-paced training modules
Create documentation, templates, and best practice guides
