Salary Information The starting pay rate for this position is between $25.67 - $27.30 per hour ($53,393 and $56,784 annually), depending on experience and qualifications, plus excellent benefits. The classification of this position is an IS Systems Development Services Professional , which is in Pay Schedule 07, Pay Range 35. Pay will be set in accordance with the State of Wisconsin Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire. Starting pay for current state employees may vary based on applicable provisions in the Compensation Plan. Job Details LTE Duration: The duration of this appointment is anticipated to begin in October and continues through mid-May. Residency: Applicants must be a resident of Wisconsin at the time of application per s.230.03(12), Wis. Stats. The definition of Wisconsin residency for LTE employment can be found here . Remote/Telework: Any hybrid work flexibility that may be available will be discussed in more detail in the interview process. Background Checks : Due to the nature of this position, final candidates will be subject to criminal background, fingerprint, and tax compliance checks. I-9 Requirements : Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States (i.e., a citizen or national of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, an alien authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship) at the time of appointment. Minimum qualified candidates will have each of the following: Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro, including form creation and editing Experience with document formatting and design, and document control Training in applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) guidelines and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requirements Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Well qualified candidates will have experience in a minimum of one (1) of the following (in addition to the minimum qualifications): Experience with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) document remediation or website accessibility efforts Experience using or testing assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, etc.) Experience applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) guidelines and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requirements
