Compliance and ADA Specialist

This is a volunteer role with Restoring.Our.Youth.Organization (R.O.Y.O) focused on protecting and strengthening the organization's integrity through compliance work, with a specific emphasis on digital and physical accessibility. The specialist assesses and improves the accessibility of the organization's websites, facilities, and programs to ensure they meet recognized accessibility standards.

• Ensure organizational adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Assess and enhance the accessibility of websites, facilities, and programs
• Ensure compliance with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG standards

• Volunteer commitment of 8 to 10 hours per week
• Working knowledge of ADA, Section 508, and WCAG accessibility standards (needed to assess and ensure compliance)
