Associate Vice President for Student Affairs

The Associate Vice President (AVP) for Student Affairs provides leadership and operational oversight for five student-facing units: Enrollment Services; Financial Aid and Compliance; Registration and Records; International Student Services; and the College Information Center. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Affairs, the AVP ensures an integrated, student-centered approach to enrollment, retention, credentialing, and holistic support.

• Develop and implement strategic enrollment plans that drive headcount growth, retention benchmarks, and outcomes targets
• Collaborate with academic affairs, marketing, and community partners
• Monitor enrollment metrics
• Oversee five student-facing units: Enrollment Services, Financial Aid and Compliance, Registration and Records, International Student Services, and the College Information Center

• Must reside in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia
