Anchor- Senior Software Engineer

This role sits within Ford's Enterprise Technology group, building fast, accessible, and localized shopping UI (in React/Next.js) that helps customers quickly find in-stock vehicles matching their needs. The Anchor engineer owns core search experience, performance, accessibility, and data integration work for the product.

• Build a world-class search UI in React + Next.js, including autosuggest/typeahead and smart facets & filters
• Own performance targets: meet Core Web Vitals and p95 latency goals
• Deliver accessibility & internationalization: WCAG 2.2 AA patterns, strong keyboard navigation, and screen reader flows
• Integrate data by consuming REST/GraphQL APIs for dealer inventory and pricing signals

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience
• 7+ years building production web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
