Accessibility Specialist, UX Engineering

This role sits within Pega's Accessibility Team, working alongside an active UX team to build accessible platforms and applications for Pega's customers and users. The position specifically calls for someone who brings lived experience as a screen reader user combined with deep W3C WCAG knowledge to help ensure Pega's products meet applicable accessibility standards and legislation.

• Collaborate with UX design, Engineering, and Support teams
• Drive best practices through collaboration, training, and documentation
• Innovate and drive product enhancements based on client feedback and audit results
• Provide accessibility testing using various assistive technologies

• Personal experience as a screen reader user
• Deep knowledge of W3C WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
