Accessibility Specialist

This role centers on shaping an accessibility platform's product strategy and helping the company and its clients meet WCAG guidelines. The Accessibility Specialist will work closely with the IT team on product design, assess how the product currently measures up against accessibility standards, and support clients directly with reviews and educational materials.

• Work with the IT team on the design of the accessibility product (Product Collaboration)
• Review how the product currently meets accessibility guidelines, identify gaps, and suggest improvements (Accessibility Strategy)
• Create easy-to-understand materials that explain accessibility guidelines to clients (Content & Education)
• Carry out accessibility reviews for customers (Client Support)
