Accessibilty Specialist - WCAG

Trilyon is hiring an Accessibility Specialist focused on Sitecore and WCAG 2.1 AA remediation for a Michigan state project.

This 6-month hybrid contract supports accessibility testing and remediation for websites and digital assets, including document remediation and CMS content updates.

• Perform WCAG 2.1 AA testing and remediation to support ADA compliance.
• Remediate digital assets including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, and report content.
• Apply document structure, tags, alt text, and correct reading order.
• Author, design, and maintain content in Sitecore CMS.
• Use accessibility testing tools to identify and validate issues.
• Ensure outputs align with State of Michigan web standards.
• Work independently while coordinating with assigned stakeholders.
• Document findings and communicate remediation progress clearly.

• 3+ years of ADA remediation experience.
• 3+ years of Sitecore CMS experience.
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools.
• Strong experience with digital content accessibility remediation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Local candidate within 75 miles of Lansing, Michigan.
• Ability to attend interview process requirements (virtual and possible in-person).

• Familiarity with State of Michigan look-and-feel standards.
• Experience collaborating in government or regulated content environments.
