Web Administrator - Contract

Goodway Group is hiring a remote Web Administrator (contract) to manage the security, compliance, performance, and ongoing enhancement of public and access-controlled web properties.

This role supports website operations across WordPress/Webflow environments and ensures alignment with brand, legal, and accessibility requirements.

• Administer and maintain public-facing and client-facing websites.
• Ensure website security, uptime, and performance optimization.
• Manage CMS operations in Webflow and WordPress environments.
• Support hosting administration in WP Engine.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
• Manage integrations and coordinate urgent fixes with stakeholder teams.
• Participate in recurring cross-team meetings and support ongoing enhancements.

• Strong experience with modern web administration and CMS operations.
• Proficiency with Webflow CMS management.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and API protocols (REST/GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with WP Engine hosting environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and detail orientation.
• U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship required.

• Experience managing access-controlled sites and user permissions.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Experience supporting remote-first asynchronous team operations.
