Product Manager, Web Experience

The Jed Foundation is hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy, redesign, and ongoing performance of JedFoundation.org.

This role leads cross-functional execution across product, design, engineering, marketing, and development to improve accessibility, user outcomes, fundraising performance, and program lead generation.

• Lead end-to-end website redesign discovery, planning, and launch execution.
• Manage timeline, budget, scope, and vendor collaboration for redesign delivery.
• Translate research and stakeholder inputs into product requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee content migration, QA, go-live readiness, and launch change management.
• Drive post-launch roadmap prioritization using analytics, feedback, and iterative Agile delivery.
• Optimize mental health resource discoverability and accessibility.
• Improve online fundraising and conversion pathways.
• Design lead-generation journeys for school/community/policy programs and CRM integration.
• Report product performance and maintain cross-functional alignment.

• 2-3 years of digital product management experience with high-traffic content-rich websites.
• Experience leading large-scale redesign projects from discovery through launch.
• Strong technical literacy with CMS, analytics, experimentation, and user-research tooling.
• Experience with data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and requirements translation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven success optimizing digital funnels for conversion outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and commitment to web accessibility.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

• Experience with SEO/SEM and marketing automation or CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience in social impact, behavioral health, or education sectors.
• Experience with youth-centered co-design and inclusive product development.
